    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add to what Sen. Ngugi Githua has brought to our attention in this Senate. One of the things that I have noticed is the non-establishment of the board for Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board. In the professional categories, these are the people who have post-secondary education and some of them may have been post Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and went through the middle level colleges, particularly the institute of technology and also the other polytechnics that have been established in the earlier years when I was the Minister for Science and Applied Technology."
