    "content": "The Government is fully seized of the situation in the country. Kenyans right now are suffering mentally. The suicide cases have increased exponentially and yet we are still having boardroom conversations. The Cabinet Secretary does not even appear before the Committee to answer and give progress on mental health interventions to our people in the counties and at national level. Madam Temporary Speaker, it is very frustrating but will go ahead and read this Statement in the hope that we can get faster answers and Kenyans can get faster relief when it comes to matters, mental health."
