    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is exactly why I want to speak. I have heard Sen. Khaniri saying ‘ mtu wa Nairobi hajui kilimo . First, I want to thank Sen. Khaniri. He always brings very topical Statements and he has taken advantage of the provisions of our Standing Orders. More of us need to give such Statements. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is something called urban and peri-urban agriculture. Historically, this has been used in many cities and urban settings to ease the cost of food production. It has also alleviated a lot of families and residents of urban areas from abject property. I always talk about urban poverty."
