    "content": "creates business in terms of that animal which is being produced. When they produce the right breeds and sell back to the pastoralists, then that will attract the youth. Even if they have gone to school, they will engage with livestock production at a level where they will understand because they can see the end. They will know that, at the end of the chain, they will have somewhere to sell and buy the right breeds. Just like the farmers do, they sell and buy the seeds and it will be continuous that way. That will absorb our youth and they will be engaged in production."
