Nyamunga, for this timely Bill, The County Resource Development Bill, 2021. I congratulate her because these are the kinds of Bills that will bring change to our country. Many of our Bills are not economy facing but this is. Therefore, the economic outcomes that this Bill will ensure will go a long way in the socioeconomic sectors that will give our people the dignity and self-determination they need."
