    "content": "I know that Nairobi City County has a huge GDP, but without the subventions from the national Government, we have seen services just come to a halt. What is that GDP all about if when the national Government does not send money, Nairobi City County also stalls? We need to start holding our county governments accountable by looking at every parameter of a government. If they cannot do certain things, then they should not consider themselves as governments but rather departments."
