We depend on the department that deals with legislative drafting to draft for us and we have the best of them. With my high qualifications on matters of law, I still cannot reach my teacher, Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki. However, Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki and our Senior Counsels generate an idea and give it to our staff if we want to draft a Bill. We are not legislative drafters yet we have higher degrees and long-term experience on matters of law."
