    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I associate myself with what the distinguished Senator for Siaya said to the extent of amending whatever the content of the Bill is. It is not limited to the recommendations of the Committee. Allow me to pick up from where the distinguished Senator for Kericho has left. Over the weekend or last week, I received a frantic phone call from members of staff of the Senate who were on their way to South Africa with their colleagues from the National Assembly for training. Upon reaching the airport and checking in, when they reached the immigration as the last point to go and board their flights, they were told that Members of the Senate including members of staff have been injuncted from travelling out of the country because of a pending business in the House."
