    "content": "THAT, this House do agree with the Committee of Supply in its consideration of the Budget Estimates for the FY 2022/2023 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 221 of the Constitution, section 39 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Standing Orders 240A, approves the issuance of a sum of Kshs.2,103,838,811,446 from the Consolidated Fund to meet the expenditure for the National Government during the year ending 30thJune 2023 in respect of the Votes as approved in the Schedule to the Order Paper."
