Speaker, as I conclude, I wish to inform the House that where committees were constrained in proposing amendments owing to the limits imposed by existing statutes, the Committee has proposed a draft amendment to laws identified to reflect the findings it arrived at after considering the issues before it. The following legislative proposals are, therefore, proposed to be annexed to the Report of the Committee and at the end, I will be tabling them.
