Waihenya, its long title is: An Act of Parliament to provide for the framework for imposition of rates on land and buildings by county governments; provide for the valuation of rateable property; provide for the appointment and powers of valuers; provide for the establishment, powers and functions of the National Rating Tribunal; and for connected purposes Hon. Members, even from that long Title, this is a Bill that requires quite a lot. I hope there has been sufficient stakeholder engagement. I am sure Hon. Waihenya, you have to provide a comprehensive framework for imposition of rates on land and buildings by county governments."
