    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to move that the Supreme Court (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.15 of 2022) be now read a Second Time. It is just slightly over 10 years since the constitution of our first Supreme Court as we know it today. As we would all appreciate, the institution of the Supreme Court came to reinforce the unique role of the Judiciary, especially in safeguarding the rule of law and constitutionalism.
