    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to second this monumental amendment Bill for the Supreme Court of Kenya. Indeed, we have seen, over the last ten years, the Supreme Court educating Kenyans in the various rulings they have given. We have seen them uphold the rule of law and there are many jurisprudences they have set. These amendment proposals have come up to strengthen the functionality of the Supreme Court. This is indeed a step in the right direction in continually keeping our constitutional dispensation alive."
