    "content": "Mine is going to be very brief. I recognize that 12 years after the promulgation of the current Constitution, Kenyans are appreciating the work that the Supreme Court is doing. So, even as we are here in Parliament trying to make the workings of the Supreme Court better, we are not doing so for ourselves but for the Kenyan population that appreciates the post-2010 Constitution epoch, during which things got streamlined to an extent that the Supreme Court can now boast of The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
