    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I commend my colleagues for their input to this Bill. Hon. Wanyonyi has put it very clearly. It is a Bill to reorganise the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). For the JSC to have an Act of Parliament, it is required by law that it is only this House that can do what they want done. Amendments to the law can only be done in this House so that they can reorganise themselves. It is a proposal which was forwarded to us from them. As a Member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, I have gone through it. This is purely what Members have seen happening. I thank those who have spoken on the Bill—Hon. Wanyonyi, Hon. K.J. and the Seconder, who has really impressed me. With those remarks, I beg to reply."
