    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am blessed to have been in the House on the day the PAC tabled this Report. I want to join everyone else who has commended this Committee for the work that they have done not only in this Report but also in the life of this Parliament. I want to single out the Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Wandayi Opiyo. It is evident this afternoon why I always say out there, even in the constituency, that I have a special admiration for this particular Member. I have been following him even long before I got to this House, having seen how he conducts his business in Parliament."
