    "content": "The Bill is also supposed to bring sanity in the use of public funds so that people can get their money when they supply to the Government. The Bill is also supposed to ensure MDAs stick to their projection plans. Most of the bills are as a result of most of the MDAs not sticking to their projection plans. They just procure without following projection plans and budgets. Therefore, at the end of the day we have pending bills."
