    "content": "This is a genuine concern for the people of Garissa County. As a country, we cannot compromise on issues of health. We have to remember that Kenya is among the signatories of the Abuja Declaration that stated that 15 per cent of the national revenue goes to health. Health is enshrined in Article 43(1) of the Constitution; that everyone has the right to the highest attainable standards of health in the country."
