Members have a chance and they will make it happen for the children of this country. Children of this country have for the first time in a long time got recognition in law and there will be a better place for children after this Bill. We hope that the many supporters of this Bill will also be happy that this Nation has come up with such a very comprehensive Bill that gives children an opportunity in life to be considered as children and to be protected; the future of our children. I beg to reply and request that you defer the putting of the question to a later date pursuant to Standing Order 61(3). I thank you."
