    "content": "Let me allay the fears because the financial year is coming to an end in a few days. Therefore, those who fear that this money will be misused have to relax that there will be no money disbursed after the financial year is done. We hope that the money for one financial year or two will be safe and will be used properly when you are either governor or Senator in the next dispensation. I support and ask Members to vote and support this particular document so that monies can be disbursed for additional allocation."
