    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Indeed, allocation of conditional grants is important to the said counties but there is need to see to it that this money is used appropriately. Since we have got a month or two to go, I am wondering whether this money will be used as it is supposed to. Even when money is disbursed, there is also the process of procuring the agents who are going to do the work and completing the work. I am wondering whether this money will be used for the intended purpose because of the short time available."
