    "content": "I also thought that we spend much of our time in the Senate, unlike the German Senate, which spends a few days in the Senate. Most of the time, they are in the field doing oversight activities for their counties. As Senators, we are mostly here and our work has become more theoretical than practical. Villagers have understood that we are the agents of oversight. While going round during campaigns, some of us were shown several projects that have never been completed by the county governments."
