    "content": "I thank the secretariat of the Committee, the Office of the Speaker and the Clerk for the support they have given the Committee in dealing with these regulations. Several of the stakeholders who came to address us on this regulation were of the opinion that the Government needs to do more in terms of reining on expenditure, so that we can live within our budget. Most of the items that were addressed by the stakeholders have been factored in our Report. I, therefore, move that this Report be considered. I invite Sen. Farhiya to second."
