The import of this amendment is to specifically limit the service of the current commissioners, the Commissioner-General and members of the board to only the unexpired term. Thereafter, they will not be eligible. This is such a fundamental alteration of the original Bill. I want to save this House time of debating this amendment and the subsequent amendment by withdrawing the Bill."
