    "content": "Lastly, we need to know the social and economic impact of the Regulations that they passed. The scrap metal business contributes significantly to the economic activities of this country. Even if we want to control it, we must do so when we have a good assessment of the social and economic impact of the same. That has not been provided. We would like to have a portfolio that works for the country, but also under certain regulations, and spur economic growth in this country. With those many remarks, I second the annulment of these Regulations in its entirety by this House."
