"content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of five sets of Draft Election-Related Regulations, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 2nd June 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 109(3) of the Elections Act, 2011 resolves to REJECT the following- (i) the Draft Elections (Registration of Voters)(Amendment) Regulations, 2022; (ii) the Draft Elections (General)(Amendment) Regulations, 2022; (iii) the Draft Elections (Voter Education) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022; (iv) the Draft Elections (Party Nominations and Party Lists)(Amendment) Regulations, 2022; and, (v) the Draft Elections (Technology)(Amendment) Regulations, 2022."
