The Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research and the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation are absent. I am categorical about the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research with respect to the deletion which is being proposed by the Committee. There is no Member present. I am not in copy as to why they decided to undertake the deletion. It is my humble request and submission to you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, that we drop the Higher Education Loans Board (Amendment) Bill and the Information, Communication Technology Practitioners Bill for now."
