    "content": "Hon. Wangwe, I am having difficulty accepting to go towards the direction that you are suggesting. The Movers are here. They are owners of these proposals. You can imagine how difficult it is to come up to this point. It is incumbent on the Chairs to take their duties seriously and prosecute the Government’s agenda on these proposals. For that reason, I am giving direction that if the Movers, who are the owners of these proposals are in the House, we shall proceed. What will stand dropped are the proposals to amend or delete by the Chairs or their representatives if they are not available to The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
