    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: - THAT, Clause 22 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (3) (ii) by deleting the words “and all avenues of appeal have been exhausted”. The justification for this is, the provision raises the concern on, in case one does not appeal, are they allowed to remain on the register? Furthermore, the provision creates the impression that a convicted person should then appeal even when there might not be need to do that in order to fulfil the requirements. I move, Hon.
