Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move; - THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting paragraph (e); (b) in paragraph (f) by deleting the words “, such as a character defect or an emotional disturbance”. The justification is that paragraph (e) is proposed to be deleted because the paragraph is subjective and not objective as required. Further, it is proposed that paragraph (f) be amended to delete the words such as a character defect or an emotional disturbance which are ambiguous and subjective.
