I beg to move: THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) — (a) by deleting paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(f) co-ordinate and oversee continuous professional development of insurance professionals;” (b) in paragraph (g) by deleting the words “Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority” and substituting therefor the words “Examinations Board”; and (c) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (j); “(ja)advise the Registration Committee on matters relating to grant of practicing certificates;”"
