    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 10 by inserting the following new subsections immediately after subsection (5)- (6) The Executive Director may be removed from office for- (a) inability to perform the functions of the office arising out of mental or physical infirmity; (b) gross misconduct; or (c) bankruptcy. (7) The Executive Director shall hold office for a period of four years’ renewable once."
