    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I just wanted to mention generally that most of these deletions were meant to support the removal of the examination body. For record purposes, I just wanted to point that we will look at this Bill again in detail or rather the Act; if it will be assented to, so that we can correct the omissions. This is because, we are doing it on our feet and may not do it as effectively as we would have wished to, to know which clause is affecting what. However, for purposes of record, I just want to point out that most of these deletions are based on the withdrawal or the removal of the examination body which, I am sure will affect the effectiveness of this Act. I support but with that understanding that when it has been done, then we will stand to amend the Bill."
