    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 35- (a) in subsection (1) by deleting the expression “section 35” and substituting the following expression “section 34”; (b) in subsection (1) by deleting the words “make one of, or more than one, of the following determinations”; (c) in subsection (1) by deleting paragraph (c); (d) in subsection (1) (d) by deleting the words “and direct that the member be not registered for such period as is specified”; (e) in subsection (2) by deleting the word “Council” and substituting therefor the words “Disciplinary Committee” and by deleting the words “and the Council shall comply with the requirement”.
