Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to thank the Vice Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning on the understanding that we have had throughout this Committee of the Whole House. I beg to move – THAT, clause 2 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new definition in the proper alphabetical sequence— “professional prequalification” means a certificate in insurance studies that is issued by an institution approved or recognized by the Commission for University Education established under the Universities Act, 2012 or the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority established under the Technical and Vocational Education and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
