    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, payment of taxes is a responsibility of every citizen in any jurisdiction or any country. That is why all governments have a body mandated with collecting and disbursing of collected taxes. KRA is proposing to change from KRA to KRS. This is indeed what we call changing the forest but the monkeys remain the same. We just hope and pray that the monkeys do not remain the same as they change the forest. We have the responsibility to pay the taxes. Indeed, KRA needs to change its mindset, from an authoritarian organ to one that serves the people of Kenya."
