    "content": "recess. It has been with us in this House for one year. The Committee wrote the Report and the same issues were raised. Members were requested to go to the Committee. I have seen the Report of the Committee which brings up the points of Members. For example, in Clause 2, there was a proposal by Hon. David Sankok, which was adopted by the Committee. There are two proposals by Hon. Baya in Clauses 7 and 6(a) which were adopted by the Committee. It is in the Committee’s Report. When I hear Members saying that their proposals were not considered… Hon. Murugara and Hon. Kiarie have already told us that their proposals were adopted.
