Members will be at liberty to bring in amendments or oppose amendments that they believe are not good for the country. When we keep it in abeyance, we will waste a lot of time and parliamentary funds that have been applied in this. This Committee sat during the first public participation. They were taken back to winnowing. It gets to a point where even the Committee gets tired, because their work is not being appreciated by the rest of the House."
