    "content": "Secondly, Article 201 of the Constitution on public finance just talks about using funds in a prudent manner. If it is a matter to do with forcing a student to go to a private university, I expect a strong proposed amendment saying that no student shall be forced to go to a private university unless it is a university of their choice. Learn to go through the books of accounts of all these universities. There is a problem. A vacuum always opens opportunities.
