    "content": "This agreement is expected to commence upon the receipt of notification indicating the completion of each country’s internal requirement with regard to ratification of treaties. So much as it was signed in 2020, it is only when this House does approve it that it will start taking effect and the benefits can start accruing to the two parties. Thereafter, it will remain for five years and it is supposed to be automatically renewed for an additional five-year period, unless terminated by giving a six-month notice.
