    "content": "In the Statement, the Committee should: (i) State the process of budgetary approval for the various sports federations in the country, like, Football Kenya Federation (FKF), Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF), among others. (ii) Provide the names of the federations, which have benefited from the sports fund, stating the amount of public funds allocated in the Financial Year 2021/2022. (iii) State the role of the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage in the budgetary and funds approval process to the federations in Kenya. (iv) State the role of National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC), in the budgeting and funds allocations to federations in Kenya including itself and donations from other stakeholders. (v) Provide a monthly Statement for the last two Financial Years, of the sports fund, as established under the Sports Act, tabling the most recent audits report of the fund from the Auditor-General. (vi) State who pays the various penalties incurred from failure to attend international sports events and engagements by some federations like Kenya Volleyball Federation, among others, stating the amount, including the Olympians stating the amount in penalties paid in the Financial Year 2020/2021, and who incurs those penalties in case they are levied against our federations. ` Thank you."
