    "content": "(a) On 22nd September, 2011, at about 2300 hours, a report was received at Isiolo Police Station that 106 head of cattle, and not 120 head of cattle as indicated by the hon. Member, had been stolen from Manyatta Arkambi Garbra, 15 kilometres from Isiolo Town, by an unknown number of armed raiders who drove the animals towards Archers Post in Samburu East District."
