    "content": "with the National Treasury, the Committee proposes the Schedule to be revised to ensure that the allocations are consistent with allocations in the proposed Budget Estimates for the FY 2022/2023. These additional allocations include: 1) Conditional grants financed by the World Bank credit to finance the Agriculture and rural inclusive growth project amounting to Kshs3.563 billion. 2) Conditional allocation financed by the World Bank loan to finance the Kenya climate smart agriculture project amounting to Kshs2 billion. 3) Additional allocation from the European Union (EU) to finance instruments of devolution advice and support program amounting to Kshs119.997 million 4) Conditional allocation from the World Bank credit to finance the water and sanitation project amounting to Kshs5.9 billion. 5) Conditional allocation from grant by Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) to finance primary healthcare in devolved system program amounting to Kshs667 million 6) Conditional allocation from the World Bank credit to finance the locally led climate action program for counties resilient investment level two amounting to Kshs5.433 billion."
