    "content": "Right now, we know the debt limit is Kshs9 trillion. So, we should look at what we need to do in the very interim to accommodate our financing requirements and issues at hand. We need to set out a limit that will accommodate the budget and issues in this transitional phase. Then, in a year or two years’ time, the incoming Government, whoever they will be, will look at their programmes and financing needs. So, they can come to this very House to propose their issues."
