For the first time, I have realised that our friend, the Leader of the Majority Party, is actually not just an economist, but a pseudo economist because he has really struggled to explain things that do not make sense. One of the things I want to tell you is that transparency in investment is key in debt management. If you are not transparent about the things that you are investing in, then you are not borrowing wisely. If you are not borrowing wisely, you should not be allowed to borrow"
