    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I beg to move that the Appropriation Bill, (National Assembly Bill No. 31 of 2022), be now read a Second time. This is an issue that we dealt with, when I brought the Motion on the Budget. We discussed, at length, the figures and all the issues that were captured in the Budget Estimates for the 2022/2023 Financial Year that were submitted to this House on 7th April in adherence to the requirements of Article 221 of the Constitution."
