    "content": "Hon. Speaker, in this budget, we have also provided funds for the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). We know that we have an election on the 9th of August. However, we need budgetary support. There have been complains in the past and I am happy that we have sufficiently funded the IEBC in readiness for the next general election."
