    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also take this opportunity to support the Appropriations Bill on two grounds. Looking at some of the items that have benefitted in this Bill, I want to zero in on the State Department for University Education and Research. This is one sector in education that has suffered for the period that I have been in this House. Our universities are on their knees at the moment. I would wish to assume that the Appropriations Bill to some extent will address some of the issues that are facing our universities.
