    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to confirm here that we have used choppers from time to time and, in the process, we have been very successful. But at that particular time, it was not possible because, as hon. Members are aware, we do not have a sufficient number of choppers in the Police Force. There is only one big one and a smaller one. So, when we need to use the choppers, we normally get them from the Army. With the current situation, I am sure the hon. Member will appreciate that all our Army helicopters have all been mobilized to deal with the matter related to the AlShabaab initiative."
