    "content": "People will be paid even before 30th June which is the close of the financial year of the Government. Therefore, I thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee for bringing these Supplementary Estimates, so that we can clear some things. People are saying that they have no money in their pockets. We need to put it in the pockets of some suppliers and contractors who have supplied a lot of goods and rendered services to the Government. Therefore, it is important for them to receive what belongs to them, so that they can do their businesses."
